The central objective is to assess the institutionalization, integration and reception of the NSRJP and the RJ movement in relation to the criminal justice system (i.e., police, prosecutors, judges, corrections officials and defence counsel). Primary emphasis will be on the CJS role players but there will also be interviews and focus groups with NSRJ officials and with selected RJ agencies to ascertain their views, practices, and concerns with respect to the CJS linkages.
